Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to departure will receive a full refund, less any non-refundable payment processing fees.

Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to departure will receive a 50% refund.

No refunds are available for cancellations made within 24 hours of departure or for no-shows.

If Abel Tasman Guides cancels a trip due to weather, safety concerns, operational requirements, or insufficient numbers, guests will be offered an alternative departure date (subject to availability) or a full refund.

We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover any unforeseen changes to travel plans.
